Quick delete
Hover over a chat in the sidebar and click the red 🗑 button. It's deleted right away.
Bulk delete
- Click Bulk delete in the bar at the top of the page.
- Click chats to select (Shift-click for a range).
- For everything: Load all, then Select all.
- Click Delete, then click again to confirm.
- Stop halts a run. Esc leaves selection mode.
- Keep the tab open while chats are deleted.
Deleted chats can't be restored.
If it stops working
Google sometimes changes these pages. Chats that couldn't be deleted get a red outline. To capture what went wrong:
- Click 🐞 in the bar. It turns red and starts recording.
- Delete one chat by hand: ⋮ → Delete → confirm.
- Click 🐞 again to copy the debug info, then share it with whoever maintains the extension.
Chat titles and links are masked in the debug info.
